Volleyball Game Preview: Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets vs. Garrett Railroaders

The Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran Cadets will face off against the Garrett Railroaders at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran took a loss when they played away from home last Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They blew past Fort Wayne Northrop 3-0.

Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-18.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Garrett had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Lions.

Garrett has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record this season. As for Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran, their win bumped their record up to 18-10.
