Baseball Recap: Richard Comes Up Short

Richard was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 7-0 to the University Liggett Knights. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 on Monday.

Richard's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for University Liggett, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 14-9.

Coming up, Richard will challenge Lumen Christi Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for University Liggett, they will take on Grosse Pointe North at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
