Football Game Preview: Dunbar Poets vs. Friendly Patriots + How To Watch

The Dunbar Poets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Friendly Patriots at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Dunbar's defense has only allowed 4.6 points per game this season, so Friendly's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Friday, Dunbar took their contest with ease, bagging a 34-3 victory over Patterson. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Poets' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Maryland football rankings (they are ranked 19th, while the Clippers are ranked 183rd).

Meanwhile, Friendly was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Largo, falling 44-0.

The win made it two in a row for Dunbar and bumps their season record up to 7-1. The team dominated over those games too, winning by an average of 37.5 points. As for Friendly, their loss dropped their record down to 1-8.
