Juniata came tearing into Saturday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a 39-34 W over the West Perry Mustangs. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 216th, while the Mustangs are ranked 468th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Juniata has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for West Perry, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Juniata will be playing in front of their home fans against Greenwood at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for West Perry, they will head out to square off against Middletown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Middletown will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something West Perry surely won't give up without a fight.
