It's playoff time, and Pomona Catholic had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victor by a 7-1 margin over the Le Lycee Lions on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Pacers, who have now won six games by four goals or more so far this season.

They hit Le Lycee with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brooklyn Naomi Rodriguez (4), Sasha Espinosa (2), and Natalie Gonzalez.

Pomona Catholic's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-4. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those seven matches. As for Le Lycee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
