Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wheeling Park). They never let the Brooke Bruins get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Thursday. Wheeling Park haven't had any issues with Brooke recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Wheeling Park's offense was hitting Brooke from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Brian Gonzalez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Wheeling Park's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Brooke, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Coming up, Wheeling Park will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Hurricane at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Wheeling Park will need to watch out since Hurricane have now posted at least four goals in their last four games.
