Tiftarea Academy won the last time they faced Brookwood and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Warriors. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Summer Gray was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

In other batting news, Cloe Sercer was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, three doubles, and four RBI. Those three doubles gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Carmen Corkern, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs.

Tiftarea Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Brookwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
