It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Sanger West can now relate to. They fell 2-0 to the Lindsay Cardinals on Saturday. The Hornets' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Sanger West's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Lindsay, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

Sanger West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lindsay, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Lindsay duke it out with the Woodlake at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Woodlake will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Lindsay surely won't give up without a fight.
