Ontario Christian piles up the points against Linfield Christian

The Ontario Christian Knights had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29.1 points), and they went ahead and made it nine on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 132-21 victory over Linfield Christian. That looming 132-21 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Ontario Christian yet this season.

Ontario Christian found their leader in underclassman Kaleena Smith, who went 10 for 20 from beyond the arc en route to 62 points and 6 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Smith has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Legacy Benjamin, who scored 26 points along with nine rebounds and five steals.

Ontario Christian's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Linfield Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-14.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ontario Christian will take on Aquinas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Aquinas is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Linfield Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Arrowhead Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
