Softball Recap: East Hall Takes a Loss

East Hall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They lost 11-3 to the Oconee County Warriors. The Vikings were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Warriors earlier this season, when they won 11-10.

Ella Reilly was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season.

East Hall's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Oconee County, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-11.

East Hall has already played their next contest, a 9-0 defeat against Cherokee Bluff on the 17th. As for Oconee County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 7-6 loss against Social Circle on the 17th.
