Friday just wasn't the day for Walnut Grove's offense. They lost 4-0 to the Lanier Longhorns on Friday. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Longhorns recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Walnut Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Lanier, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-4-1.

Walnut Grove has already played their next contest, a 5-2 win against Apalachee on the 11th. As for Lanier, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Milton on the 14th.
