Soccer Recap: Cibola Takes a Loss

Cibola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Cleveland Storm, falling 9-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Cibola were already down 3-0.

Cibola's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Cleveland, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Cibola is set to square off against their familiar foe Piedra Vista at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Cleveland will take on rival Rio Rancho at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
