Soccer Recap: Carson Comes Up Short

Carson's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 3-0 to the San Pedro Pirates. While losing is never fun, the Colts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 721st, while the Pirates are ranked 26th).

Carson is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9-1. As for San Pedro, their win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-0-2.

Looking ahead, Carson will head out to face off against Banning at 4:30 p.m. on February 14th. As for San Pedro, they will welcome Narbonne at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
