Softball Recap: North Platte Comes Up Short

North Platte fell victim to Marian and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Crusaders, falling 12-0. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Crusaders: they've now lost three in a row.

North Platte's defeat dropped their record down to 18-14. As for Marian, their win bumped their record up to 13-17.

North Platte does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Marian, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Millard North at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Crusaders surely won't give up without a fight.
