The Field Falcons will take on the Fairview Warriors in a tournament on Wednesday. Field is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.7 goals per game this season.

If Fairview heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Field took over last week. The Falcons won by a goal and slipped past Revere 2-1. Kaiden Wilson had to tread lightly for part of the match after he was hit with a yellow card, but that was the only trouble Field got from the refs.

Cedric Martin was the driving force of Field's attack as he scored both of Field's goals, bringing his season total up to 15 goals.

Meanwhile, Fairview entered their tilt with Open Door Christian on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Their defense stepped up to hand the Patriots a 2-0 shutout. Give Fairview's defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Field's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Fairview, their win bumped their record up to 10-4-3.
