Softball Recap: North Delta Falls Short of Oak Hill Academy in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Delta can now relate to. They fell just short of the Oak Hill Academy Raiders by a score of 8-7 on Saturday. The Green Wave were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

North Delta's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Oak Hill Academy, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 12-11.

North Delta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Oak Hill Academy, they have already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Kirk Academy on the 27th.
