Softball Recap: North Cobb Christian Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

North Cobb Christian and Prince Avenue Christian squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but North Cobb Christian had to settle for second. They fell 6-2 to the Wolverines. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Eagles couldn't push the score so high this time.

North Cobb Christian's loss dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Prince Avenue Christian, the victory was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-3.

Prince Avenue Christian wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 4-2 defeat against Wesleyan on the 30th. Hopefully North Cobb Christian paid attention to the Wolverines' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
