If St. Paul was feeling good fresh off their 9-3 takedown of Tekamah-Herman on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats fell just short of the North Bend Central Tigers by a score of 7-5 on Saturday. The Wildcats' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Annie Stepanek made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Tavyn Anderson also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.
