Martin came up big in Mater Dei Catholic's 39-30 victory
Promise Martin posted yet another game with two or more steals on Wednesday. She was dialed in and dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds. She played a big game the last time she faced Eastlake, so the team probably should've seen her coming. Martin continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.
Martin and Mater Dei Catholic will head out on the road to take on Bonita Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Mater Dei Catholic will be headed into this one with a pretty big disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 314 places lower in California), but they're not letting that get them down.
