Softball Recap: Hartshorne Comes Up Short

Hartshorne lost against Soper on Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Miners fell just short of the Bears by a score of 3-2.

Hartshorne's loss dropped their record down to 16-5. As for Soper, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Hartshorne didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-0 win against Tupelo on the 13th. Hopefully Soper paid attention to the Miners' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Miners at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
