Recap: Central City Value Jaguars vs. Annenberg Panthers
The Central City Value Jaguars entered their tilt with the Annenberg Panthers with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Central City Value managed a 27-22 victory over Annenberg on Friday. This was payback for Central City Value, who suffered a 30-9 loss the last time these two teams met.
Central City Value had a senior duo take command as Ruby Pacheco dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds and Elise Logan scored eight points along with nine rebounds and four steals. Pacheco is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down eight or more in the last five games she's played.
Central City Value pushed their record up to 8-7 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Annenberg, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central City Value will face off against Animo Bunche at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Annenberg, they will head out on the road to face off against Downtown Magnets at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
