Galloway is a perfect 4-0 against Holy Spirit Prep since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Matthew Edmonds was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple marked the first that he hit this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Holy Spirit Prep took on Flint River Academy on Tuesday. The Cougars came up short against the Wildcats, falling 22-7. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Holy Spirit Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Galloway, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.
