Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask San Marino). They never let the Westridge Tigers onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Titans, who have now won three matches by three goals or more so far this season.

San Marino now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Westridge, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-3.

After both having extra time off, San Marino and La Canada will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 4:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. La Canada will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something San Marino surely won't give up without a fight. Westridge and Mayfield will compete for holiday cheer at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Westridge's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
