Gorham is 8-2 against Westbrook since May of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Rams will venture away from home to challenge the Blue Blazes at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Gorham has seven straight wins, Westbrook has seven straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Saturday, Gorham made easy work of Portland and carried off a 13-3 victory. Considering the Rams have won eight contests by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Wyatt Washburn was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base.

Gorham always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .533. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Portland only posted an OBP of .364.

Meanwhile, Westbrook came up short against Windham on Saturday and fell 5-1.

Westbrook's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Gorham, their record now sits at 11-2-1.

Gorham got the 'W' when the teams last played back in May of 2025 against Westbrook by a conclusive 10-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
