West Burlington barely beat WACO the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Falcons blew past the Warriors 8-2 on Thursday. Considering West Burlington have won eight games by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the third in a row for West Burlington, bringing their record up to 10-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three contests. As for WACO, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Burlington will face off against Mt. Pleasant at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for WACO, they will venture away from home to square off against Mediapolis on Tuesday.
