Basketball Recap: College Park Falcons vs. Las Lomas Knights
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Acalanes, the College Park Falcons were happy to have found some success on Wednesday. They came out on top against Las Lomas by a score of 39-26. That's another feather in the cap for College Park, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
College Park got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Nyela Pete out in front who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Sabrina Strode, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
College Park's victory bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Las Lomas, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-18.
College Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Las Lomas also has no future games currently scheduled.
