On Thursday, JSerra Catholic faced San Marcos in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The JSerra Catholic Lions came out on top against the San Marcos Knights by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Lions, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit San Marcos with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gabriella Szczuka, Bria Johnson, and Chloe Loya.
