Softball Recap: Parkway Central Takes Down Ranked Seckman

Parkway Central faced Seckman in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Colts never let the Jaguars get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Colts, who have now won three games by nine runs or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Parkway Central and bumps their season record up to 6-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Seckman, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkway Central will take on Parkway West at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Seckman, they will venture away from home to challenge Windsor at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
