Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Triumph Charter). Their defense stepped up to hand the CHAMPS Panthers a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Jaguars, who have now won five contests by six goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting CHAMPS from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Samira Trejo led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by herself.

The win (which was Triumph Charter's sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-5-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 39 goals over those six games. As for CHAMPS, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Triumph Charter take on the Lakeview Charter at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday. Triumph Charter is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season. As for CHAMPS, they will face off against Valley Oaks CES at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
