Maywood CES is a perfect 3-0 against Sotomayor since January of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Maywood CES Wolfpack will welcome the Sotomayor Wolves at 4:00 p.m. Maywood CES's defense has only allowed 25.8 points per game this season, so Sotomayor's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Maywood CES will roll into the match after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up 24 points on Thursday, then bounced right back against Torres on Monday. Maywood CES breezed past Torres to the tune of 58-18. The Wolfpack have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Sotomayor played a tough contest on Monday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 58-32 to Marquez. The Wolves haven't had much luck with the Gladiators recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Maywood CES is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 18.2 points over those games. As for Sotomayor, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
