Soccer Recap: Gunderson Comes Up Short

After soaring to five goals the game before, Gunderson was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They came up short against the Westmont Warriors, falling 4-0. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grizzlies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-2 on January 14th.

Gunderson dropped their record down to 2-11 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Westmont, their victory bumped their record up to 3-10-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gunderson will challenge Willow Glen at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Willow Glen's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Westmont has already played their next matchup (against Lincoln), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
