With a playoff win on the line, Fairfax rose to the challenge on Friday. They blew past the Panorama Pythons 55-22. The Lions' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Fairfax was led to victory by Matthew Gonzalez and Isaac Andrews. Gonzalez threw for 296 yards and three TDs on only 13 passes, while Andrews gained 164 total yards and three touchdowns. That's the most passing yards Gonzalez has posted since back in September.

Fairfax's win bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Panorama, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.

Fairfax will challenge University at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Panorama does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
