Volleyball Recap: Lake Dallas Extends Winning Streak to Three

Lake Dallas had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Everything went their way against the Nimitz Vikings as they made off with a 3-0 win. While the Falcons didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-26), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Lake Dallas was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-21, 25-18.

Lake Dallas' victory bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Nimitz, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lake Dallas will host Krum at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Nimitz, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kimball at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
