Little Elm came tearing into Saturday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.7 points), and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 55-40 win over the Liberty Redhawks. Give the Lobos' offense some serious credit: that high-scoring performance was actually the fewest points they've scored all season.

Little Elm's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Liberty, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Liberty will take on Mt. Pleasant at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. Little Elm will be paying especially close attention to the Redhawks' matchup: after the Redhawks face off against McKinney, they'll take on Little Elm again at 7:00 p.m. on December 9.
