Coffee has gone a perfect 6-0 against Crisp County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. The last three games Coffee has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Coffee is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Pierce County just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bears by a score of 3-1. Trojans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Bears since on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Crisp County had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 6-3.

Crisp County pushed their record up to 12-17 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.75 runs across that stretch. As for Coffee, their loss dropped their record down to 17-12.

Coffee skirted past Crisp County 11-9 in their previous meeting back in February. Will the Trojans repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
