Basketball Recap: Salinas Comes Up Short

Salinas and Scotts Valley squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Salinas had to settle for second. They fell to the Scotts Valley Falcons 11-7. The matchup marked the Cowboys' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Salinas and nudges their season record down to 18-9. As for Scotts Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 19 of their last 20 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Salinas nor Scotts Valley have any future games scheduled.
