Minarets won the last time they faced Sunnyside and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mustangs came out on top against the Wildcats by a score of 2-0.

Minarets' victory bumped their record up to 11-12-1. As for Sunnyside, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-16-2.

Minarets and Sunnyside will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Mustangs are set to take on their familiar foe Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Sunnyside will challenge rival Fresno at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
