Football Recap: Valley Lutheran Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Valley Lutheran kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a blow against the San Manuel Miners, falling 54-24. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it 11 in a row.

Anias MacIas threw for 51 yards on four of 11 attempts. Joshua McLaughlin was his top target, picking up 66 receiving yards.

Valley Lutheran wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 46-26 defeat against Joseph City on the 28th. As for San Manuel, they have also already played their next game, a 28-26 loss against Ray on the 29th.
