Norman North owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Tuesday. They blew past the Norman Tigers 8-0. The victory continues a trend for the Timberwolves in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won nine in a row.

Brielle Stone looked comfortable as she tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk any time she's pitched this season.

On the hitting side, Jordynn Thomas was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mariah Simpson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Norman North's win bumped their record up to 18-16-1. As for Norman, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.
