Southwest Florida Christian came into Thursday's contest looking for another win against Lemon Bay, but Evelyn Swidrak wouldn't allow it. The Manta Rays were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the King's on Thursday for which the team can thank Swidrak, who had seven digs, two blocks, and two aces. Swidrak is also crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 13 every time she's taken the court this season.

Lemon Bay walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-13, 25-21.

The victory made it two in a row for Lemon Bay and bumps their season record up to 13-5. As for Southwest Florida Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 14-7.

Lemon Bay wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Cardinal Mooney on the 4th. As for Southwest Florida Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Harvest Community on the 3rd.
