Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jasper County). They blew past the McNair Mustangs 25-0 on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Hurricanes, who have now won 11 matchups by eight runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Jasper County and bumps their season record up to 15-11. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 4-14 McNair and 7-16 Putnam County. As for McNair, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
