Basketball Recap: Blue Mountain Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Blue Mountain Eagles were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 34-28 to the Northwestern Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 352nd, while the Wildcats are ranked 67th).

Blue Mountain has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. The win keeps them at an undefeated 23-0.

As of now, neither Blue Mountain nor Northwestern have any future games scheduled.
