Basketball Recap: Blair Comes Up Short

Blair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the South Pasadena Tigers, falling 92-7. The game marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Kayla Boozer continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for South Pasadena, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 15 boards. The contest was Boozer's 14th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Go, who made all 7 shots she took for 16 points.

Blair's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for South Pasadena, they pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

Blair will square off against Temple City at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. South Pasadena has already played their next match, a 36-33 win against Granada Hills Charter on the 25th.
