Legend had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.6 runs) and they went ahead and made it 11 on Friday. Everything went their way against the Mountain Vista Golden Eagles as they made off with a 15-3 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Titans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Maddie Kessel made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching four innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

In other batting news, Legend got a massive performance out of Reese Bryant, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave Bryant a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Lucy Thompson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two doubles.

Legend always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .607. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Mountain Vista only posted an OBP of .188.

Legend's record is now 15-4. As for Mountain Vista, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Legend will host Ponderosa at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mountain Vista, they will welcome Castle View at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Sabercats have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.43 runs per game on average), something the Golden Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
