Basketball Recap: The Bay School Find Success

The Bay School hadn't done well against San Francisco Waldorf recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bay School Breakers came out on top in a nail-biter against the San Francisco Waldorf Wolverines, sneaking past 37-34. The Breakers didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.

San Francisco Waldorf lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Ari Lanata, who posted ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Henry Hanlon, who earned eight points.

The Bay School's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8. As for San Francisco Waldorf, their loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. The Bay School has already played their next match (against Jewish Community), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. San Francisco Waldorf will take on International at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
