Softball Recap: Kingston Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Enid

Kingston faced Enid in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Redskins lost 7-1 to the Plainsmen.

Kingston's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Enid, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingston will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Dickson at 5:00 p.m. on the 25th. As for Enid, they will face off against Eisenhower at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
