Recap: Southern Fulton Indians vs. Everett Warriors
The Southern Fulton Indians lost against the Everett Warriors back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Southern Fulton fell 49-36 to Everett. Southern Fulton has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Southern Fulton still got an impressive performance from Sandra Stotler, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stotler has scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Everett to victory, but perhaps none more so than Cloe Price, who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. The game was Price's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Morgan Bowser, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Southern Fulton now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Everett, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southern Fulton will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Berkeley Springs at 7:30 p.m. on December 13th. As for Everett, they will face off against Forbes Road at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
