St. Anthony Village gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They blew past the Columbia Heights Hylanders, posting a 76-7 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Huskies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Anthony Village will host Fridley at 7:00 p.m. on September 5. This will be the Huskies' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Columbia Heights, they will take on Winona at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
