Soccer Recap: Brooklyn Comes Up Short

Brooklyn lost against Kirtland back in September of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Hurricanes came up short against the Hornets, falling 8-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as Brooklyn were already down 4-1.

Their goal came courtesy of Napoleon Davies, who's now up to five this season.

Brooklyn now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Kirtland, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brooklyn will face off against Wickliffe at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Kirtland, they will welcome Crestwood at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Kirtland's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
