Basketball Recap: Exeter Comes Up Short

Exeter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 65-49 fall against the Pierce City Eagles.

Exeter's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pierce City, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Exeter didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-45 loss against Hollister on the 7th. Pierce City has also already played their next contest, a 60-39 win against Southwest on the 9th.
